How We Price Every Job
Unlike some junk removal companies that charge purely by truck space, our pricing reflects the true cost of each job. A mattress and a bag of household junk may take up the same amount of space in the trailer, but they cost very different amounts to dispose of properly. We factor in item type, disposal fees, labor, and accessibility so that every customer pays a fair price — nothing more, nothing less.
Item Type & Disposal Fees
Mattresses, couches, appliances, and tires carry higher landfill disposal fees than loose household junk or cardboard. These fees are passed through at cost.
Volume & Weight
Larger loads naturally cost more. A single recliner is priced very differently from a full garage cleanout with heavy items.
Labor & Accessibility
Items on upper floors, down tight staircases, in crawl spaces, or requiring long carry distances take more time and labor — which affects the final price.
Distance (Out-of-Area Jobs)
For jobs outside our standard service area, a small travel fee may apply. We'll always disclose this upfront before confirming the job.

Real-World Example
Scenario: Couch + 2 Chairs Removal
Easy access — ground floor, standard doorway
Couch (~$175) + 2 Chairs (~$75 each) = ~$325 base price. Items are on the ground floor with a clear path to the door — straightforward job, minimal labor required.
Difficult access — upstairs, tight hallway, or long carry
Same items, but the couch is on the second floor with a tight staircase and narrow hallway. The extra labor and time required may bring the total to ~$375–$400 or more, depending on the difficulty. We'll always tell you the adjusted price before we start.

What Affects Your Final Price
